Please read these terms carefully before using the fbaji platform. Everything from account registration to payments, bonuses and responsible gaming guidelines is clearly set out here.
Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fbaji platform and all its services. By using fbaji's services through the website, mobile application or any other channel, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

Account Registration

During registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and current address. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on fbaji. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled. Different members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but they may not use the same bank or mobile banking account.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You will be liable for any activity or transaction that takes place if someone else accesses your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the fbaji support team immediately.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
All fbaji services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. If a person is found to be under 21 during age verification, their account will be closed immediately.
fbaji may request documents from any user at any time to verify age and identity. Until this process is complete, certain account activities may be restricted. Failure to submit documents may result in account suspension.
Parents are advised to enable parental controls on their devices to protect minors from accessing accounts.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Methods
The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on fbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Cryptocurrency or any other method is not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. This limit applies to each method.
4.3 Processing Time
Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing time may be longer in some cases due to verification procedures or technical reasons.
4.4 Account Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, fbaji confirms that the withdrawal method and name match the details used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
fbaji offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
Bonuses are never paid as direct cash. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Misuse of the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or obtaining bonus benefits by any fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the relevant account and all bonuses. fbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
fbaji's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of the net losses for the week. Full terms of the VIP program are available on the fbaji platform.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Service Availability
fbaji provides casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting and various other gaming services. The availability of any game or service may be temporarily interrupted due to technical reasons, maintenance or other circumstances.
6.2 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. fbaji reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault. Bet outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant game.
6.3 Multiple Bets
Sports betting includes the option to place multi bets. A multi bet pays out only if all selections are correct — if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet amount is lost.

Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 fbaji's Rights
fbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason or for no reason. Immediate action may be taken in particular cases involving breach of terms, suspected fraud or security risks.
10.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all verifiable balances; however, any bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
fbaji makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption. However, fbaji will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from service disruption caused by technical faults, internet disconnection or unforeseen circumstances.
No guarantee is given regarding money won or lost through fbaji. Participation in gambling is entirely a personal decision, and it is the user's own responsibility to play with an awareness of the risks involved.
